单壁碳纳米管-异甘草素复合物在大鼠体内缓释性能的研究

摘    要:目的:研究单壁碳纳米管(SWNTs)-异甘草素复合物在大鼠体内的缓释性能。方法:以大鼠为动物模型,将碳纳米管-异甘草素复合物以聚乙二醇400稀释液分散灌胃,不同时间点取血,以高效液相色谱法测定血浆中异甘草素浓度,探讨复合物的体内缓释性能。结果:单壁碳纳米管-异甘草素复合物在大鼠体内具有明显缓释作用,tmaxCmax分别为11.2 h和201.3 ng·mL-1,相对于异甘草素组的相对生物利用度为141.8%。结论:单壁碳纳米管具有良好的缓释性能,具有作为缓释载体材料的潜力。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the sustained-release effect about single-wall carbon nanotube (SWNTs)-isoliquiritigen (ISL) complex in rats.METHODS SWNTs-ISL diluted by polyglycol 400 was used to fill rat stomachs. Plasma samples were obtained at different time points, and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to determine drug level of ISL in blood.RESULTS SWNTs-ISL had significantly sustained release in rats, and the corresponding tmax and Cmax were 11.2 h and 201.3 ng·mL-1, respectively. Its bioavailability was 141.8% compared to pure ISL.CONCLUSION SWNTs have better sustained release and it is a material with great potential of sustained-release.
