应用模拟产房开展产科临床继续教育培训方法的研究

为了加强医学生、青年医师以及基层进修医师在妇产科临床工作中对相关知识和能力的培养，强化对妇产学重点医学知识的掌握，我院近两年开展了模拟产房的教学与培训工作。两年来收获很多，取得了很好的学习效果，培养了学员的临床实践工作能力。模拟产房能力培训的教学效果提升了学员产科临床诊疗工作的操作能力、理论的理解能力。本文总结了我院自开展模拟产房教学与培训以来的经验与体会，结合临床实践，对于如何应用模拟产房摸索出一套适合产科临床医疗实际工作的教学实训方法。现将其系统地呈现给正在从事产科教学工作的医学同仁，希望对产科临床教学工作起到借鉴和参考作用，以帮助更快更好地培养产科人才。

Continuing education training for obstetric clicians in the simulated delivery room

To improve medical knowledge and operational ability of medical students, young obstetricians and refresher doctor from primary hospital, we have carried out the training program for nearly two years in our simulated delivery room. So far, we have got a lot of experience and achievements, and enhanced the students’ ability of trainee in theory and clinical practice. This paper has collected and provided a number of obstetric experts’ teaching experience and classified their working processes as reference materials for medical students and young obstetricians.
