| 摘 要： | 减重手术做为目前治疗肥胖症有效术式，其安全和持久性得到了广泛的认可。其中腹腔镜袖状胃切除术(LSG)由于操作简单、不改变胃肠道结构、具有安全性高且疗效明显的优点，近年来做为主要的减重术式得到迅速普及应用。但肥胖症患者在行LSG术后，胃食管反流病发病率、疾病的转归、术中是否加做抗反流手术目前尚无统一意见。

| Abstract: | Bariatric surgery is an effective method for the treatment of obesity at present, and its safety and durability have been widely recognized.Laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy(LSG)has been widely applied in recent years, due to simple operation, no change of gastrointestinal structure, high safety and obvious curative effect.However, there is no consensus on the incidence of gastroesophageal reflux disease, the prognosis of the disease and whether to add anti reflux operation in obese patients after LSG. |
