摘    要:目的 探讨几种常用的肠炎沙门菌检测方法的优缺点,为以后工作提供借鉴。方法 查阅文献分析比较肠炎沙门菌检测常用的传统培养方法、免疫学方法以及分子生物学检测方法在特异性、灵敏度、准确率、操作实用性等方面的特点。结果 传统培养方法耗时长、特异性差、灵敏度低,免疫学和分子生物学方法的特异性和灵敏性较高,但是单一方法使用时存在一定的弊端,现有技术联合使用可以相互弥补不足。结论 多种检测方法的联用,可以快速、高效、准确检测肠炎沙门菌。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the advantages and disadvantages of several commonly used methods for detection of Salmonella enteritidis, so as to provide the reference for improving the future work. Methods The specificity, sensitivity, accuracy and practicability of the conventional culture methods, immunology methods and molecular biological detection methods for detection of S. enteritidis were analyzed and compared by literature review. Results The conventional culture methods were time-consuming, poor specificity, and low sensitivity. The specificity and sensitivity of the methods of immunology and molecular biology were higher. However, the use of a single method had some disadvantages, and so, the combined use of existing technologies could make up for each other. Conclusion The combination of a variety of detection methods could detect S. enteritidis rapidly, efficiently and accurately.
