阿魏酸哌嗪片辅助治疗对老年慢性肺源性心脏病心力衰竭患者心功能及血气分析指标的影响

目的： 探讨阿魏酸哌嗪片辅助治疗对老年慢性肺源性心脏病心力衰竭心功能及血气分析的影响，为该药安全使用提供参考。方法： 按照随机抛硬币法将96例老年慢性肺源性心脏病心力衰竭患者分为对照组（常规西药治疗）与治疗组（常规西药+阿魏酸哌嗪片），共治疗8周，各48例。分别统计两组临床疗效，并于治疗前、治疗8周后检测两组心功能指标（LVEF、CI、CO、MPAP）及血气分析指标（PaO₂、PaCO₂），并观察不良反应情况。结果： 两组患者治疗后各项心功能指标及血气分析指标均较治疗前显著改善，且治疗组各项指标改善程度均优于对照组，P<0.05。治疗组治疗总有效率93.75%，明显高于对照组79.17%（P<0.05）；未见明显药物不良反应。结论： 阿魏酸哌嗪片用于治疗老年慢性肺源性心脏病心力衰竭患者效果显著，因此可值得推广。

Effects of ferulic acid piperazine tablets on cardiac functions and blood gas analysis in elderly patients with chronic heart failure due to pulmonary heart disease

OBJECTIVE To explore the effects of ferulic acid piperazine tablets on cardiac functions and blood gas analysis in elderly patients with chronic heart failure due to pulmonary heart disease, and provide a reference for the safety of the drug.METHODS The random coin toss method was used to randomly divide 96 elderly patients with chronic pulmonary heart failure into control group (conventional western medicine, 48 patients) and treatment group (conventional western medicine and ferulic acid piperazine tablets, 48 patients), and patients were treated for 8 weeks totally. Clinical efficacy was summarized for both groups, and cardiac parameters (LVEF, CI, CO, MPAP) and blood gas analysis results (PaO₂, PaCO₂) were determined for both groups before treatment and after 8 weeks of treatment. Adverse reactions were observed.RESULTS After treatment, cardiac function and blood gas analysis results were improved significantly, particularly in treatment group (P<0.05). Total effective rate was 93.75% in treatment group, significantly higher than 79.17% of control group (P<0.05). No significant adverse drug reaction was observed.CONCLUSION Ferulic acid piperazine tablets has obvious effects for elderly patients with chronic pulmonary heart failure, and is worth promoting.
