南方山荷叶的含量测定及其与混淆品八角莲的指纹图谱研究

目的：建立南方山荷叶及其八角莲的指纹图谱并确定特征峰。方法：对南方山荷叶及其混淆品进行薄层鉴别及含量测定并建立指纹图谱。结果：10批药材中湖北产南方山荷叶含量最高；通过指纹图谱确定了6个特征峰分别为：苦鬼臼毒素、苦鬼臼毒素葡萄糖苷、槲皮素、鬼臼毒素、3-O-甲基槲皮素、山奈酚。结论：该方法简便、专属性强、重现性好，可用于南方山荷叶的质量控制。

Content determination and fingerprint research for Diphylleia sinensis and its adulterant sixangular Dysosma rhizome

OBJECTIVE To perform content determination and fingerprint research for Diphylleia sinensis and its adulterant sixangular Dysosma rhizome,and define the characteristic peaks.METHODS Thin layer identification and content determination were performed,and fingerprints were established for Diphylleia sinensis and its adulterant sixangular Dysosma rhizome.RESULTS Of then 10 batches of medicinal materials,Diphylleia sinensis from Hubei had the highest contents.Six characteristic peaks defined by fingerprints:bitter mortar mortar toxins,bitter and ghosts toxin glycosidase,quercetin,ghost mortar toxins,3-O-methyl quercetin,rhizoma kaempferiae.CONCLUSION The method is simple,highly specific and well reproducible,and can be used for the quality control of the Diphylleia sinensis.
