龙血竭β-环糊精凝胶剂的药效学研究

目的：观察龙血竭β-环糊精凝胶剂治疗烫伤的药效学研究。方法：建立Ⅱ度烫伤模型，记录小鼠背部皮肤结痂时间和创面愈合时间，采用小鼠扭体法、热板法观察龙血竭β-环糊精凝胶剂的镇痛作用，运用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀模型评价龙血竭β-环糊精凝胶剂的抗炎作用，采用纸片扩散法观察龙血竭β-环糊精凝胶剂的抑菌作用。结果：龙血竭凝胶剂高、中、低剂量对烫伤小鼠皮肤均有促进愈合作用，与对照组相比，差异有统计学意义；对小鼠皮肤没有刺激作用；能使醋酸所致小鼠扭体次数减少，扭体潜伏期延长；提高热板法所致小鼠疼痛的痛阈值；抑制二甲苯所致的小鼠耳肿胀，但并没有抑菌作用。结论：龙血竭β-环糊精凝胶剂对烫伤皮肤有促愈合作用，且具有镇痛、抗炎作用。

Pharmacodynamics of Resina Draconis β-cyclodextrin gel

OBJECTIVE To research pharmacodynamics of Resina Draconis β-cyclodextrin gel against burns.METHODS Grade Ⅱ scald mouse model was established to observe the scabbing and healing times on mouse back. Analgesic effects of Resina Draconis β-cyclodextrin gel were observed with mouse writhing and hot plate tests. The xylene-induced mouse ear edema model was used to evaluate anti-inflammatory effects of Resina Draconis β-cyclodextrin gel. Bacteriostatic action of Resina Draconis β-cyclodextrin gel was observed with disk diffusion method.RESULTS High, medium and low Resina Draconis doses had improving effects on healing scalding lesions, with significant differences compared to control group. Resina Draconis β-cyclodextrin gel had no stimulation to mouse skin, could reduce writhing times and prolong incubation period of writhing, improve pain threshold of mice caused by heat plate, inhibit mouse ear edema caused by dimethyl benzene. But Resina Draconis β-cyclodextrin gel had no bacteriostatic action.CONCLUSION Resina Draconis β-cyclodextrin gel can promote healing of burned and scalded skin and has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
