系统化健康教育在妊娠合并心脏病患者剖宫产围手术期的应用

摘    要:目的探讨系统化健康教育在妊娠合并心脏病患者剖宫产围手术期的应用效果。 方法选取2015年6月至2016年6月胶州市人民医院收治的44例妊娠合并心脏病患者作为对照组,选取2016年7月至2017年12月胶州市人民医院收治的44例妊娠合并心脏病患者作为研究组。对照组接受常规健康教育,研究组接受系统化健康教育,比较两组患者负性情绪、母乳喂养率、喂养知识达标率、喂养技巧达标率及护理满意度。 结果两组患者干预后SAS和SDS评分均较干预前降低,研究组干预后SAS和SDS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组母乳喂养率为54.55%,研究组母乳喂养率为77.27%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组喂养知识达标率、喂养技巧达标率和护理满意度分别为75.00%(33/44)、72.73%(32/44)、79.55%(35/44),研究组喂养知识达标率、喂养技巧达标率和护理满意度分别为95.45%(42/44)、90.91%(40/44)、97.73%(43/44),组间差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。 结论系统化健康教育可有效减轻妊娠合并心脏病患者剖宫产围手术期的负性情绪,提高母乳喂养率和护理效果。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of systematic health education in perioperative period of cesarean section for patients with pregnancy complicated with heart disease. MethodsForty-four pregnant women with heart disease admitted to Jiaozhou People's Hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected as control group, and 44 pregnant women with heart disease admitted to Jiaozhou People's Hospital from July 2016 to December 2017 were selected as study group. The control group received routine health education, while the research group received systematic health education. Negative emotions, breast-feeding rate, standard-reaching rate of breast-feeding knowledge, standard-reaching rate of feeding skills and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. ResultsThe scores of SAS and SDS after intervention in the two groups were lower than those before intervention, and the scores of SAS and SDS in study group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05). The breast-feeding rate of the control group was 54.55%, while that of the study group was 77.27%, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The standard-reaching rate of feeding knowledge, standard-reaching rate of feeding skills and nursing satisfaction in the control group were 75.00% (33/44), 72.73% (32/44) and 79.55% (35/44), respectively. The standard-reaching rate of feeding knowledge, standard-reaching rate of feeding skills and nursing satisfaction in the study group were 95.45% (42/44), 90.91% (40/44) and 97.73% (43/44), respectively. There were significant differences between the two groups (all P<0.05). ConclusionSystematic health education can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of pregnant women with heart disease during the perioperative period of cesarean section, and improve the breast-feeding rate and nursing effect.
