子宫全切除术对卵巢功能影响的临床研究

目的 探讨卵巢功能衰退与子宫全切除手术的相关性。方法 选取延安大学附属医院于2011-01~2014-12收治的120例50岁以下未绝经行子宫切除手术的子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,根据患者手术方式将其分为子宫全切手术60例(A组)以及子宫次切除组60例(B组)。结果 相较于B组患者而言,A组患者对卵巢影响更为明显,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 无论是子宫全切除还是子宫次切除手术均会对患者卵巢内分泌造成影响,且子宫全切除手术对患者卵巢影响更大。

Clinical study of the effect of total hysterectomy on ovarian function

Objective To investigate the relationship between ovarian function decline and total hysterectomy.Methods A total of 120 patients with uterine fibroids under 50 years of age who underwent hysterectomy underwent surgery from Yan′an University Hospital from January 2011 to December 2014 were enrolled. According to the patient′s surgical method, it was divided into 60 cases of total hysterectomy (group A) and 60 cases of subtotal hysterectomy (group B).Result Compared with group B patients, group A patients had more significant effects on ovaries, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Both uterine total resection and uterine resection have an effect on ovarian endocrine, and total uterine resection has a greater impact on the patient′s ovaries.
