真空包装党参饮片在医院阴凉库的养护效果

目的：观察真空包装的党参饮片在医院阴凉库的养护效果，为医院中药党参等易虫蛀类中药饮片的较长期贮藏方法提供参考。方法：将当地中药材市场购买的中药党参饮片通过真空包装，置于医院药库阴凉库养护，观察虫蛀情况，粉末显微观察，应用分光光度法测定党参饮片多糖和总黄酮含量，综合评价养护效果。结果：真空包装的党参饮片在医院阴凉库放置2年，未观察到虫蛀现象，显微特征无明显变化，不同取样阶段的党参多糖和黄酮含量没有显著性变化。结论：真空包装的党参饮片在医院阴凉库贮存可有效防止虫蛀和保持党参的品质，此方法亦可推广应用到其它易虫蛀的中药饮片的养护。

Maintenance effectiveness of vacuum-packed slices of Codonopsis Radix in hospital cool warehouse

OBJECTIVE To observe maintenance effectiveness of vacuum-packed slices of Codonopsis Radix in hospital cool warehouse, provide a scientific reference for long term storage of easily damaged Chinese herbs by insects, such as Codonopsis Radix.METHODS Slices of Codonopsis Radix purchased in a local market were packaged into vacuum package, stored in the hospital cool warehouse. Insect damage and powder characteristics were observed by visual inspection and optical microscope, and the contents of polysaccharide and flavonoids were determined by ultra-violet and visible spectrophotometer. Finally the maintenance effect was comprehensively evaluated.RESULTS No worm damage or change of microscopic features was observed in Codonopsis Radix maintained by vacuum-packing method within two year storage in hospital cool warehouse. The contents of polysaccharide and flavonoids of all tested Codonopsis Radix were not changed significantly.CONCLUSION Vacuum-packed slices of Codonopsis Radix in hospital cool warehouse can effectively avoid insect damage and keep original quality, which can be referenced for the storage of other easily damaged Chinese herbs by insects.
