老年糖尿病的分层管理及治疗方案的优化

我国人口老龄化趋势严重，老年糖尿病患病率呈逐年上升趋势。由于老年糖尿病患者常合并心脑血管疾病以及认知功能障碍、抑郁、跌倒、营养不良等老年综合征，是心脑血管病变、恶性肿瘤、肾脏损害的高发人群，其患病情况和个体差异很大，因此治疗上存在多样化需求，需对老年糖尿病患者进行综合评估及分层管理，制定个性化的治疗目标及方案，从而更好的控制血糖。

Stratified management of the elderly with diabetic mellitus and optimization of treatment program

The tendency of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus is increasing year by year in our country. These patients often have other cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease risk factors. The prevalence and individual difference are also significant and are high risk patients with cardiovascular diseases, cerebrovascular diseases, malignant tumor and renal injury. These patients are often accompanied with cognitive impairment, depression, sudden falls, malnutrition, multiple drug use and other geriatric syndromes. Hence, they have variety of treatment needs. However, there is relative lack of clinical experience. Therefore, a comprehensive geriatric assessment and stratified management of elderly diabetic patients are required to formulate personalized treatment goals and programs to help elderly diabetic patients have better control of blood suger.
