负面清单法干预注射用单磷酸阿糖腺苷不合理用药的效果分析

目的：探讨负面清单法干预注射用单磷酸阿糖腺苷临床用药的效果。方法：分析某院注射用单磷酸阿糖腺苷的临床使用现状，利用负面清单法进行干预，总结干预后不合理用药改进效果。结果：注射用单磷酸阿糖腺苷不合理用药集中表现在适应证方面，如超适应证、无适应证和诊断不明确三方面。干预后，不合理率由干预前99.43%降至34.12%。其中超适应证现象由85例（48.57%）降为14例（16.47%）；诊断不明确从78例（44.57%）降至7例（8.24%）；无适应证给药由11例（6.29%）降为8例（9.41）%。结论：负面清单法规范该院注射用单磷酸阿糖腺苷的临床应用效果显著，值得进一步推广用于合理用药质量管理。

Effect of negative list method on the irrational drug use of vidarabine monophosphate for injection

OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of the negative list method on vidarabine monophosphate for injection in clinical practice.METHODS The status quo of the clinical use of vidarabine monophosphate for injection was analyzed in our hospital,to summarize the improvement effect of negative list method against irrational drug use.RESULTS The irrational drug use of vidarabine monophosphate for injection mainly concentrated in unreasonable indications,such as off label medication,no indication and no clear diagnosis.After the adopting negative list method,the unreasonable drug use rate was reduced from 99.43% to 34.12%.Among them,the off label medication cases were reduced from 85 (48.57%) to 14 (16.47%),no clear diagnosis reduced from 78 (44.57%) to 7 (8.24%),no indication reduced from 11 (6.29%) to 8 (9.41%).CONCLUSION The improvement effect of negative list method is remarkable on use of vidarabine monophosphate for injection in our hospital,and the method is worth recommending for the rational drug use.
