戏剧扮演游戏在学龄前儿童肺炎健康教育中的应用

目的 探讨戏剧扮演游戏在学龄前肺炎患儿的健康教育中的应用。方法 采用2016-10~2017-03在汉中市中心医院儿科住院的3~6岁肺炎患儿进行对照实验,观察组采用戏剧表演游戏进行健康宣教,对照组常规宣教,比较两组患儿在治疗依从性、护士一次治疗操作完成性和患儿家属的满意度。结果 观察组患儿治疗依从性较好(P<0.01),护士一次治疗操作完成率高(P<0.05),家属满意度高(P=0.005)。结论 戏剧扮演游戏的开展可以有效缓解患儿在治疗过程的负面情绪,增加依从性,提高服务质量,降低了陪护人员的焦虑情绪,增加了患者满意度,使儿科优质护理服务得到充分体现。

Application of Drama playing games in preschool children's pneumonia health education

Objective To explore the application of drama play in the health education of preschool children with pneumonia.Methods A control experiment was conducted in children aged 3 to 6 years with pediatric hospitalization in Hanzhong central hospital from March 2016 to March 2017. The observation group used theatrical performance game to conduct health education, while the control group did routine education.Comparing the two groups of children in the treatment compliance, the completion of a nurse's treatment operation and the children's family satisfaction. Results The observation group had better treatment compliance (P<0.01), nurses' first-time treatment completion rate (P<0.05), and family satisfaction (P=0.005). Conclusion The play of drama plays an important role in alleviating the negative emotions of children in the course of treatment, increasing the compliance, improving the quality of service, reducing the anxiety of accompanying staff, increasing patient satisfaction, making pediatric quality nursing service fully reflected.
