亚低温治疗重症高血压脑出血中髓鞘碱性蛋白变化的临床观察

摘    要:目的探讨亚低温治疗对重症高血压脑出血患者血清髓鞘碱性蛋白(MBP)变化的影响。 方法选取武警广东医院神经外科自2013年1月至2015年1月收治的重症高血压脑出血患者64例,随机分为亚低温组和对照组各32例,GCS评分均<9分。对照组给予常规治疗,亚低温组在常规治疗的基础上行亚低温治疗,比较2组患者同期GCS评分变化情况,测定治疗前后血清MBP浓度进行对比分析。 结果治疗后,亚低温组患者GCS评分提高明显优于对照组;2组患者发病后的血清MBP含量明显高于正常状态,治疗后2组患者血清MBP含量均有明显下降,且亚低温组低于对照组。 结论血清MBP含量对于亚低温治疗重症高血压脑出血患者效果判断具有重要意义。

Clinical research of serum Myelin basic protein change in the hypothermia treatments for severe hemorrhage

Abstract:ObjectiveTo discuss the effect of hypothermia treatment on serum MBP in patients with severe hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. MethodsSixty-four cases of severe hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage (GCS<9) were randomly divided into control group (n=32) and hypothermia group (n=32). Control group received routine treatment, hypothermia group were up in the routine treatment of hypothermia treatment. The scores of GCS and the levers of serum MBP which were detected before and after the treatment in both groups were compared. ResultsThe scores of GCS in the hypothermia group were significantly higher than those in the control group respectively. The levers of serum MBP were all increased in both groups after fall in as compared with normal controls. The increased serum MBP’s levers were dropped significantly after treatment in both groups as compared with those before treatment but the levels of serum MBP were lower obviously in hypothermia group than in control group. ConclusionThe level of serum MBP is important for estimating the effectives of hypothermia treatment in patients with hypertensive.
