临床药师在神经病理性癌痛患者镇痛治疗中的作用

目的：优化癌痛药物治疗，促进癌痛患者合理用药。方法：临床药师参与癌痛患者治疗方案的制定，结合患者癌痛特点，充分考虑其不良反应，建议医师调整相关治疗药物。结果：临床药师在本病例中凭借自身的专业知识，从混合性疼痛的滴定及不良反应方面，积极配合医师，为患者提供了合理的用药方案。经治疗后，患者的疼痛控制良好，不良反应得以缓解。结论：抗肿瘤专业临床药师参与临床实践，可从药学的角度发挥优势，优化治疗方案，预防不良反应的发生。

Role of clinical pharmacists in the treatment of neuropathic pain for patients with cancer pain

OBJECTIVE To promote the rational use of drugs and provide a standard treatment of for treating cancer pain. METHODS Clinical pharmacists participated in drug therapy scheme for patient with cancer pain, fully considered characteristics of the patients, the adverse reactions, and provided suggestions for drug adjustment. RESULTS With professional knowledge, clinical pharmacists assisted physician actively to provide reasonable therapeutic scheme for patient to treat mixed pain and adverse reactions. The pain in patients was controlled and adverse reactions eased after treatment. CONCLUSION Clinical pharmacists participated in clinical practice of tumor department play a unique role in optimizing therapeutic scheme and preventing adverse reactions.
