儿童1型糖尿病饮食治疗的临床效果观察

摘    要:目的 分析饮食治疗在儿童1型糖尿病中的应用效果。方法 选取2016年1月1日至2017年12月31日入院治疗的129例1型糖尿病患儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组患儿使用常规治疗方法,观察组患儿在常规治疗方法的基础上增加个体化的饮食治疗方案,对比分析治疗后空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白和餐后2 h血糖情况。结果 观察组的空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白和餐后2 h血糖均低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 饮食治疗对于儿童1型糖尿病有效。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of dietetic therapy for type 1 diabetes mellitus in children. Methods A total of 129 children with type 1 diabetes mellitus were selected as the research objects in the hospital from January 1st, 2016 to December 31th, 2017, and they were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group. The children in the control group were treated with the routine therapy, and the children in the experimental group were treated with personalized dietetic therapy based on the routine therapy. Then the fasting blood-glucose (FBG), glycosylated hemoglobin, and 2-hour postprandial blood-glucose were tested and compared between two groups after the interventions. Results FBG, glycosylated hemoglobin, and 2-hour postprandial blood-glucose of the patients in the experimental group were all lower than those of the patients in the control group, and there were significant differences between two groups (all P<0.05). Conclusion Dietetic therapy for type 1 diabetes mellitus in children is effective.
