维生素B1口服与甲钴胺注射联合对糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效分析

目的 探究分析维生素B₁口服与甲钴胺注射联合对糖尿病周围神经病变有效性影响。方法 选取本院收治的糖尿病周围神经病变患者92例进行研究,以随机数字表法分为对照组(n=46)和观察组(n=46),对照组单纯注射甲钴胺,观察组采用维生素B₁口服与甲钴胺注射方式。对比两组治疗效果。结果 观察组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,疼痛程度评分、多伦多临床评分系统评分均低于对照组,观察组患者的感觉、运动神经传导速度均高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论 在糖尿病周围神经病变患者临床治疗中采用维生素B₁口服与甲钴胺注射措施,患者的糖尿病临床症状得到有效改善,值得在临床中推广运用。

Effectiveness of vitamin B1 combined with mecobalamin injectionfor diabetic peripheral neuropathy

Objective To investigate the effect of oral vitamin B₁ combined with mecobalamin injection on the effectiveness of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods A total of 92 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy admitted to our hospital were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into the control group (n=46) and the observation group (n=46).The control group was injected with mecobalamin alone.Vitamin B₁ was administered orally with methylcobalamin,and the effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The pain degree score and the Toronto clinical score system score were lower than the control group.The sensory and motor nerve conduction velocity of the observation group were higher than the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion In the clinical use of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients with vitamin B₁ oral and mecobalamin injection measures,the clinical symptoms of diabetes patients have been effectively improved,it is worthy of promotion in clinical use.
