广州市石牌社区55岁以上人群肥胖和代谢综合征患病状况的10年变迁

目的了解广州市"城中村"石牌社区55岁以上人群肥胖和代谢综合征患病情况及其影响因素,以及近10年来的变化。 方法采用横断面的调查方法,对2013年广州石牌社区55岁以上人群（975人）进行代谢异常患病情况（肥胖和代谢综合征）的调查,并与2002年该人群（639人）的调查结果进行比较。 结果该人群2002年肥胖的患病率为14.7%,标化率为12.2%,2013年为15.3%,标化率为13.1%。2002年该人群MS患病率为32.2%,标化率为30.6%。2013年该人群MS的患病率为32.1%,标化率为31.1%,其中女性MS患病率34.1%,高于男性（27.5%）。女性MS患病率随年龄增加而升高（P<0.05）。采用多因素非条件logistic回归分析发现性别、腰围、收缩压、FBG、TG和低HDL-C是MS独立相关因素。 结论广州市石牌社区55岁以上人群肥胖和代谢综合征的患病状况严峻,与10年前对比其肥胖和代谢综合征患病率无明显变化。

Change in the prevalence of obesity and metabolic syndrome during the past 10 years in the population over 55 years in Shipai Community of Guangzhou

ObjectiveTo determine the change in prevalence of obesity and metabolic syndrome in the population over 55 years in the village-in-city Shipai Community of Guangzhou during the years 2002-2013. MethodsA cross-sectional survey was conducted in 2002 and 2013 among this population. 975 subjects were investigated about the prevalence of metabolic abnormalities, including obesity and metabolic syndrome(MS) in 2013, campared with 639 subjects in 2002. ResultsThe prevalence of obesity in this group was 14.7% (the standardized rate, 12.2%) in 2002, compared with 15.3% (the standardized rate, 13.1%) in 2013. The prevalence of MS was 32.2% (the standardized rate, 30.6%) in 2002, compared with 32.1% (the standardized rate, 31.1%) in 2013. The prevalence of MS in women was 34.1%, much higher than male (27.5%) in 2013. The prevalence of MS in women increased with age (P<0.05). ConclusionsThe prevalence of obesity and metabolic syndrome is severe in the population over 55 years in Shipai Community of Guangzhou, with no significant defference with those 10 years before.
