针刺结合隔药灸治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效观察

目的 观察针刺结合隔药灸治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法 选取符合诊断为膝骨关节炎患者68例,随机分为针刺结合隔药灸治疗组(观察组)和单纯针刺治疗组(对照组),每组34例,对照组选取血海、犊鼻等局部穴位,配合辩证取穴,行针刺治疗;观察组在针刺治疗的基础上于局部穴位给予隔药灸治疗。并对比两组患者治疗前后WOMAC指数评分、临床体征积分,观察症状、体征改善情况,综合分析以评定疗效。结果 观察组患者膝骨关节炎WOMAC指数和临床体征积分均显著降低,患者临床症状及体征改善明显,效果明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论 针刺结合隔药灸对膝骨关节炎临床疗效显著,值得推广应用。

The clinical effect observation of acupuncture with herbs-partition moxibustion of knee osteoarthritis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus moxibustion in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 68 patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected and randomly divided into acupuncture with herbs-partition-moxibustion treatment group (observation group) and simple acupuncture treatment group (control group),34 patients in each group.The control group was selected Xuehai SP10,Dubi ST35 and other local acupoints,with dialectical acupoints,acupuncture treatment; observation group,on the basis of acupuncture treatment,was given herbs-partition moxibustion treatment in local acupuncture points.The scores of WOMAC index,clinical signs,symptom and signs were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the comprehensive analysis was conducted to evaluate the curative effect.Results The WOMAC index and clinical signs scores of knee osteoarthritis in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P＜0.05).Clinical symptoms and signs of patients in observation group were significantly improved.Conclusion Acupuncture combined with herbs-partition moxibustion on knee osteoarthritis clinical significant effect,it is worth promoting.
