| 摘 要： | 牙科水门汀的粘固是口腔修复学中间接修复的关键。树脂水门汀作为粘接修复材料的一种，因其出色的粘接效果、较高的机械强度与美学效果等诸多优点，被广泛用于日常修复临床治疗。本文回顾了市售树脂水门汀的研究进展及应用情况，归纳了树脂水门汀的历史进展、分类及其特点，系统性地总结树脂水门汀的粘接机制和临床应用与注意事项，同时本文也对现阶段存在的问题及对策进行了探讨，以期为树脂水门汀更好地应用于临床提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | Clinically, the cementation of indirect restoration is the key for prosthetic dentistry. As one of the daily-used adhesive materials, resin cement has been widely used in clinical treatment for its outstanding features, such as excellent bonding performance, higher mechanical strength and aesthetic effect. Here, we systematically reviewed resin cements available in the market, in terms of research progress, clinical application, history, classification, characteristics, adhesive mechanism, precautions and unsolved problems, so as to provide a reference for a better clinical application. |
