倍他司汀联合Brandt-Daroff习服训练治疗主观性良性阵发性位置性眩晕的疗效观察

目的评估倍他司汀联合Brandt-Daroff习服训练治疗主观性良性阵发性位置性眩晕(S-BPPV)的疗效。 方法选取2012年1月至2017年12月江苏大学附属武进医院神经内科收治的90例符合S-BPPV的患者为研究对象，其中男性27例，女性63例；年龄为38～84岁，平均年龄(61.19±12.18)岁。所有患者采用随机数字表法随机分为药物组(倍他司汀药物治疗)40例和联合组(倍他司汀联合Brandt-Daroff习服训练治疗)50例。对两组患者治疗1周、2周、3周后的有效率进行比较。 结果联合组治疗S-BPPV患者1周、2周、3周后的的总有效率均高于药物治疗组(P<0.05)，药物组3周后有3例患者复发。 结论倍他司汀联合Brandt-Daroff习服训练治疗S-BPPV的总有效率优于单一药物治疗，并且可以降低S-BPPV的短期复发率。

Curative effect of betahistine combined with Brandt-Daroff exercise in the treatment of subjective benign paroxysmal positional vertigo

ObjectiveTo evaluate the efficacy of Betastatin combined with Brandt-Daroff exercisetreatedthe subjective benign paroxysmal positional vertigo(S-BPPV). MethodsA prospective study was conducted on 90 patients with s-bppv who were admitted to the department of neurology of Wujin Hospital Affiliated to Jiangsu University from January 2012 to December 2017. Among them, there were 27 males and 63 females, whose age ranged from 38 to 84 years withthe average age of 61.19 ±12.18 years. The patients were randomly divided into two groups by random number table method, the Betastatin drug treatment group (40 cases), the drug treatment combined Brandt-Daroff exercise treatment group (50 cases). The curative effects were observed after 1 weeks, 2 weeks and 3 weeks respectively. ResultsThe total effective rate of Betastatin combined with Brandt-Daroff exercise in the treatment of S-BPPV was higher than the drug treatment group (P<0.05 after 1 weeks, 2 weeks and 3 weeks. There were 3 cases (7.50%) patients relapse in the drug treatment group after 3 weeks. ConclusionThe total effective rate of Betastatin combined with Brandt-Daroff exercise treated the S-BPPV was better than the drug treatment, and it can also reduce the short-term recurrence rate of the S-BPPV.
