Abstract: | Hypertension crisis during pregnancy can cause serious complications of pregnant women and fetus, such as cerebrovascular accident, pulmonary edema, myocardial infarction, acute renal failure, insufficient uterine placenta perfusion, placenta abruption, et al. Hypertension crisis during pregnancy is one of the main causes of maternal and infant morbidity and mortality in perinatal period. Early recognition, close monitoring and appropriate emergency treatment can effectively reduce the occurrence of serious complications and then improve the prognosis of mother and child. |
