活血化浊汤联合西药依达拉奉治疗脑梗死的疗效分析

目的探析中药活血化浊汤联合西药依达拉奉对脑梗死的治疗效果。 方法将66例脑梗死患者设一组对比试验，随机分为对照组33例行常规西药依达拉奉治疗(其中男性20例，女性13例，年龄45～79岁，病程1～24h)，分析组33例在对照组基础上加入中药活血化浊汤治疗(其中男性18例，女性15例，年龄44～80岁，病程1～23 h)，比较两组患者临床治疗总有效率与治疗前后生活能力(ADL)评分差异。 结果从两组治疗总有效率可见，分析组30例(90.91%)，明显高于对照组24例(72.73%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经治疗前后日常生活能力(ADL)评分比较，分析组更优(P<0.05)。 结论中药活血化浊汤联合西药依达拉奉治疗脑梗死效果较好，具有应用与推广价值。

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Huoxuehuazhuo Decoction and Edaravone on Cerebral Infarction

ObjectiveTo analyzethe therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine Huoxuehuazhuo Decoction combined with Edaravone on cerebral infarction. Methods66 Cases of cerebral infarction patients set up a comparative study and were randomly divided into control group of 33 cases with conventional western medicine edaravone treatment and observation group of 33 cases with edaravone combined with the traditional Chinese medicine Huoxue Huazhuo Decoction treatment. The clinical treatment effect of two groups of patients was summarized. ResultsThe total effective rate was 30 (90.91%) in the observation group which wassignificantly higher than 24 (72.73%) in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the ADL score of observation group was better than that of control group (P<0.05). ConclusionTraditional Chinese medicine Huoxuehuazhu Decoction combined with western medicine edaravone used in cerebral infarction has a good clinical effect with the application and promotion of value.
