门诊患者使用腹膜透析液流程再造

目的：通过对传统腹膜透析液管理流程中出现的问题进行探讨，并对腹膜透析液流程进行再造。方法：结合医院信息化系统与商业公司信息平台，于二者间建立药品供应链平台，重新提出规范的腹膜透析液信息化管理流程。结果：再造后的腹膜透析液流程实现了信息→商业公司→药库→门诊药房的智能循环传递模式，全程通过药品供应平台实现信息对接，提高信息可追溯性，节省人工，提高药师工作效率，保障药品发放及时准确。结论：通过这次门诊药房腹膜透析液流程的再造，药学部吸取了很多宝贵的经验与新的思路，相信未来，伴随着医院的发展，类似腹膜透析液流程再造这种创新性的改进还会越来越多。

Reconstruction of workflow for peritoneal dialysis urgently in outpatient service

OBJECTIVE The workflow for peritoneal dialysis urgently needs to be reconstructed.METHODS By means of discussing problems of conventional management process, combined with hospital information systems and business information platform, pharmaceutical supply chain platform was established and informationalized management processes were reorganized for peritoneal dialysis solution.RESULTS After reconstruction of the management, information of peritoneal dialysis solution could ben transferred from pharmacy, business companies and drug storehouse through the supply chain platform, which improved the work efficiency and ensured that the peritoneal dialysis solution could be provided timely and accurately.CONCLUSION According to reconstructing management process of the peritoneal dialysis solution, a lot of valuable experiences and new ideas are needed. In the future, along with the development of the hospital, similar to innovative improvement will be more and more.
