| 摘 要： | 盐酸西那卡塞是第一个上市的拟钙剂类药物，能有效降低甲状旁腺激素的过量分泌，并有助于降低血清钙和血清磷。临床上，西那卡塞常用于治疗慢性肾脏病患者的继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进，也用于原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进的高钙血症或肾移植患者的持续性甲状旁腺功能亢进。本文主要对盐酸西那卡塞的基本概况和临床应用等做一综述，希望对西那卡塞的临床研究和进一步应用提供帮助。

| Abstract: | Cinacalcet hydrochloride is the first calcimimetic to decrease over secretion of parathyroid hormone, and help to reduce the concentrations of serum calcium and phosphorus. In clinical practice, cinacalcet can be used to cure secondary hyperparathyroidism to chronic kidney disease, hypercalcemia of primary hyperparathyroidism and persistent hyperparathyroidism in renal transplant patients. This review mainly summarizes the basic profile and clinical application of cinacalcet hydrochloride with the hope to help its subsequent research and application. |
