干预管理对抗菌药物临床使用的效果分析

目的：通过分析某院2014-2016年抗菌药物的使用情况及常见革兰阴性（G^-）杆菌耐药情况，进一步阐述抗菌药物管理的重要性。方法：利用医院信息系统，调取2014-2016年住院患者抗菌药物使用相关的数据，对抗菌药物的使用频率（DDDs）、使用强度（AUD）、使用率、标本送检率以及G^-杆菌的耐药率进行统计分析。结果：3年的使用频率前十位药品总的DDDs值、抗菌药物的AUD、使用率均是2015年 > 2014年 > 2016年；细菌送检率2016年 > 2015年 > 2014年；常见G^-杆菌的耐药率除铜绿假单胞菌外，基本上是2015年 > 2014年 > 2016年。结论：随着干预管理力度的加大，抗菌药物的DDDs、AUD及使用率下降，常见G^-杆菌的耐药率也随之减少。

Effectiveness analysis of intervening management of antibiotics

OBJECTIVE To further elaborate the importance of antibacterials management by analyzing the use of antibiotics in our hospital from 2014 to 2016 and the situation of common gram-negative bacillus resistance.METHODS The hospital information system was utilized to extract the application data of antibiotics in the hospital from 2014 to 2016. Statistical analysis was conducted on the defined daily dose system (DDDs), antibiotics use density (AUD), antibacterials usage rate, pathogenic detection rate and gram-negative bacillus resistance.RESULTS Of the top ten drugs, DDDs, AUD and usage rate ranked in the order of 2015 > 2014 > 2016, pathogenic detection rate in the order of 2016 > 2015 > 2014, gram-negative bacillus resistance rate in the order of 2015 > 2014 > 2016 except for Pseudomonas aeruginosa.CONCLUSION With the intervening management of antibiotics, DDDs, AUD and usage rate are lowered, gram-negative bacillus resistance rate is reduced.
