心理护理干预对心脏瓣膜置换患者负性情绪和生活质量的影响

目的观察心理护理干预对心脏瓣膜置换患者负性情绪和生活质量的影响。 方法将2016年1月至2017年12月在成都大学附属医院行心脏瓣膜置换术治疗的81例心脏瓣膜病患者依据随机数表法将其分为对照组(40例)和观察组(41例)。对照组接受常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上接受心理护理干预。对比两组患者不同时间点HAMA和HAMD评分、护理前后SF－36评分和护理满意度评分。 结果观察组患者术前、出院时和出院后1个月的HAMA和HAMD评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)；护理后观察组SF－36评分和护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论心理护理干预可有效缓解心脏瓣膜置换术患者负性情绪，提高患者生活质量和护理满意度，具有临床推广价值。

The influence of psychological nursing intervention on negative emotion and quality of life in patients with heart valve replacement

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of psychological nursing intervention on negative emotion and quality of life in patients with heart valve replacement. MethodsA total of 81 patients with valvular heart disease who were treated by heart valve replacement in Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University from January of 2016 to December of 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received psychological nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. HAMA and HAMD scores at different time points, SF-36 scores before and after nursing and nursing satisfaction scores were compared between the two groups. ResultsHAMA and HAMD scores of observation group before surgery, at discharge and 1 month after discharge were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The SF-36 score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after nursing (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction score of observation group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05). ConclusionPsychological nursing intervention can effectively relieve negative emotions of patients with heart valve replacement, improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction, and has clinical value of promotion.
