补骨脂素对大鼠正畸复发的生物学影响

摘    要:[摘要] 目的:探讨补骨脂素对牙移动后复发的影响,及对G蛋白偶联的植物雌激素受体30 (G protein coupled receptor30 , GPR30)的作用。方法:36只大鼠随机分为两组,拉左上颌第一磨牙向近中21天后去除加力装置,分别以补骨脂素和生理盐水灌胃28天后处死,上颌骨行HE染色和GPR30免疫组化染色。灌胃期间定期取石膏模型计算复发距离。结果:两组均有明显复发,实验组在第一周后的复发程度与速度小于对照组,但复发速度只有第 1 周差异有统计学意义(实验组: 0.07±0.01 mmd-1,对照组 0.12±0.01 mmd-1),P<0.05。免疫组化染色显示GPR30表达于牙周膜、牙槽骨、细胞牙骨质中,实验组的表达强度高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:GPR30表达于牙周组织,补骨脂素促进其表达,并加速牙周组织改建,有利于正畸牙移动后的保持,减少正畸矫治后复发程度。

Biological effects of psoralen on orthodontic relapse in rats
Abstract:[Abstract] PURPOSE: To figure out the effects of psoralen on orthodontic relapse and GPR30. METHODS: 36 Wistar rats were divided into two groups at random, force appliances were removed after 21 days, then two groups were given psoralen and sodium chloride respectively for 28 days. Measured relapse distance every week. Morphology changes were observed by hematoxylin-eosinstaining. The expression of GPR30 was determined by immunohistochemistry staining. RESULTS: Psoralen group showed lower relapse rate in every detected time, but significant difference was witnessed only in day 7 compared to control group. The expression of GPR30 in psoralen group was significantly higher than control group. CONCLUSIONS: GPR30 is expressed in periodontal tissue. Psoralen could increase the expression of GPR30, stimulate bone generation, and inhibit bone resorption.
