球囊扩张联合导管接触溶栓治疗动静脉内瘘狭窄闭塞的手术护理技巧

目的：探讨球囊扩张术联合经导管接触溶栓治疗肾衰竭血液透析患者动静脉内瘘狭窄闭塞的手术护理技巧和注意事项，并评价效果。 方法：回顾性分析我科2014年5月至2017年9月收治的肾衰竭血液透析患者动静脉内瘘狭窄行球囊扩张术及经导管接触溶栓治疗的41例患者资料，总结围手术期的护理经验。 结果：通过及时有效的术中护理配合及心理疏导，本组患者均能耐受介入手术，保障介入手术的顺利进行，手术成功率为90.2%（37/41）。细致的围手术期护理能切实保障患者安全及手术效果。 结论：及时有效的术中配合、心理疏导以及细致的围手术期护理对动静脉内瘘狭窄患者介入手术顺利进行及提高患者治疗期间满意度有重要的意义。

Perioperative nursing skills of balloon dilatation combined with thrombolysis in treatment of arteriovenous fistula stenosis or occlusion

Objective:To investigate the effect of nursing skills for the patients with renal failure and arteriovenous fistula stenosis or occlusion treated by balloon dilatation combined with catheter directed thrombolysis. Methods:Clinical data of 41 patients with renal failure and arteriovenous fistula stenosis or occlusion treated by balloon dilatation combined with catheter directed thrombolysis between May 2014 and September 2017 were retrospectively analyzed with respect to perioperative nursing. Results:Through the timely and effective intraoperative nursing cooperation, all the patients were able to tolerate operation well without severe complications. Thirty-seven patients (90.2%) were restored successfully after balloon dilatation combined with catheter directed thrombolysis. Meticulous perioperative care could promote intervention treatment running smoothly. Conclusion:The timely and effective intraoperative nursing coop-eration, psychological counseling, and meticulous perioperative care could ensure the efficacy and safety and improve the comfort of the patients.
