外泌体在肿瘤中的研究与进展

近年来，越来越多的人开始对外泌体进行研究。外泌体具有传递信息，转录RNA的功能，其非编码区mRNAs是肿瘤等疾病发病机制的研究焦点。大量研究表明，肿瘤细胞可以释放大量外泌体，产生局部效应和全身反应。这篇文章中，我们针对外泌体最新研究进行总结，大致归纳为两点：（1）外泌体在肿瘤的生物学功能和机制有着重要作用；（2）外泌体可以作为肿瘤诊断的标志物，并可以监测病情变化。

Research and progression of exosome in tumor

The past decade has witnessed an exponential increase in research on exosomes. The capability of exosomes to transfer proteins, DNA, mRNA, as well as non-coding RNAs has made them an attractive focus of research into the pathogenesis of different diseases, including cancer. Increasing evidence suggests that tumor cells release a large sum of exosomes, which may not only influence in local microenvironment, but also can exert systemic effects. In this study, we review the current understanding on this topic, roughly divided into two broad facets of exosomes in cancer: (1) exosomes plays an important role in tumor biological function and mechanism; (2) exosomes can be used as a tumor diagnostic markers, and can monitor the condition changes.
