河南省某寄宿中学流脑聚集性疫情调查处置

目的通过对河南省某寄宿中学流脑聚集性疫情的调查和处置方法进行分析,为今后流脑的防控和处置提供科学依据。方法对病例发病情况、临床诊治过程和2例病例之间的流行病学联系进行调查并开展病原学检测,针对性地对易感人群采取预防措施。结果本次疫情共报告2例流脑,病原菌为C群脑膜炎奈瑟菌(Neis-seria meningitidis,Nm)。1例病例死亡,1例病例痊愈。结论此次聚集性疫情由C群Nm引起。诊断过程长,首发病例未能及时隔离有效救治,冬季宿舍通风差,是造成本次疫情得以传播的原因。

Investigation and control of a meningococcal disease clustering in a boarding school in Henan Province

ObjectiveTo analyze the investigation and control work of a meningococcal disease clustering in a boarding school in Henan Province, so as to provide the evidence for improving the prevention and disposal of meningococcal disease in the future. MethodsThe incidence, clinical diagnosis, treatment process and epidemiological correlation of the two cases were investigated and the pathogenic detection was performed. The preventive measures were taken targetedly to the vulnerable people. ResultsTwo cases were reported in this clustering, and the disease was caused by Neisseria meningitidis serogroup C. One of the cases died, and the other was cured. ConclusionThis meningococcal disease clustering is caused by Neisseria meningitidis serogroup C. The causes of the epidemic to spread are the long period of diagnosis, the lack of effective treatment and isolation for the first case, and the poor atmospheric conditions in the dormitory in winter.
