| 摘 要： | 目的 探究重症系统性红斑狼疮伴随肾功能衰竭患者的护理体会。方法 将86例重症系统性红斑狼疮伴随肾功能衰竭患者随机分为2组,每组各43例;对照组实行常规护理,观察组实行人性化护理。结果 观察组患者各项指标改善效果均显著优于对照组。结论 重症系统性红斑狼疮伴随肾功能衰竭患者实行人性化护理的效果良好。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the nursing experience of patients with severe systemic lupus erythematosus complicated with renal failure.Methods A total of 86 patients with severe systemic lupus erythematosus complicated with renal failure were randomly divided into 2 groups, 43 cases in each group. The control group received the routine nursing care, while the observation group received the humanistic nursing care. Results The improvement effect of each index in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group. Conclusion The humanistic nursing has a good effect in the patients with severe systemic lupus erythematosus accompanied with renal failure. |
