超短波与丹参对脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠脑保护作用的比较研究

摘    要:目的:观察并比较超短波与丹参对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用并探讨两者作用机制和有无协同作用.方法:用线栓法制备一侧大脑中动脉栓塞-再灌注大鼠模型,造成大鼠右脑缺血2 h再灌注24 h,采用5级评分法评定神经功能缺损程度来筛选病例.造模后,大鼠分成假手术组,对照组,超短波组,丹参组及超短波与丹参合用组.所有大鼠均于再灌注24h后断头取脑,分别观察脑含水量、缺血侧脑组织的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)含量.结果:超短波治疗、丹参治疗及二者合用治疗均能减轻大鼠缺血侧脑含水量(P<0.05),提高抗氧化酶SOD含量(P<0.05),降低自由基产物MDA的含量(P<0.05),3个治疗组之间差异无显著性意义.结论:超短波治疗与丹参治疗对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤具有神经保护作用,此作用可能与减轻脑水肿,升高SOD,降低MDA有关,二者疗效比较未见明显差异.

Cerebral protective effects of ultrashortwave and radix salviae miltiorrhizae on cerebral ischemia reperfusion in rats

Abstract:Objective: To observe and compare the protective effects,synergistic action, and mechanisms of ultrashortwave and Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae (RSM) on the focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injuries in rats. Methods: Focal ischemia-reperfusion model was established in rats by reversible right middle cerebral artery occlusion with filament. Right cerebral ischemia was for 2 hours and then with 24 hours reperfusion. The content of neurological deficits were evaluated by 0 to 4 scales to select rats. After surgery, the rats were divided into 5 groups: blank control group, control group, ultrashortwave group, RSM group, ultrashortwave and RSM group. The brain of all rats was taken 24 hours after reperfusion. The water content of brain, superoxide dismutase (SOD), and malondialdehyde (MDA) were measured and analyzed. The data were analyzed with analysis of variance (ANOVA). Results: The water content and MDA content decreaseed (P<0.05) as well as the activity of SOD increased (P<0.05) in 3 therapeutic groups with 2 hour ischemia and 24 hour reperfusion. Among the 3 therapeutic groups, the differences of the effects were not significant. Conclusion: Ultrashortwave and RSM therapy have neuroprotective effects against focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injuries and the effects may be related to the decrease of cerebral water content and MDA and the increase of the activity of SOD. The differences between ultrashortwave group and RSM group were not significant. Synergistic action was not observed between these 2 therapeutic methods.
