| 摘 要： | 目的：按照不同文化准则、健康与疾病特点为人们提供有效的护理保健服务。方法：应用Leininger跨文化护理理论评估病人所处文化的社会结构和世界观的信息知识，采用护理照顾的决策和行动，以最大限度满足病人的需求。结果：对不同文化背景的病人提供共性的、差异的有效护理照顾。结论：Leininger理论的应用，指导了护理实践，减轻了病人因不适应医院文化特点而产生文化休克现象。

| Abstract: | Objective:To provide effective nursing and health-care services for people based on various culture criteria and characteristics of health and diseases. Method: Applying Leininger transculture nursing theory to evaluate patients'culture social structure and informations of world view,adopting nursing action to satisfy their demands. Result: The effective nursing were provided commonly and specially based on their culture backgrounds. Conclusion: The application of Leininger theory guides nursing practice and mitigates culture stroke for less adapting to hospital culture characteristics. |
