紫杉醇脂质体与紫杉醇在乳腺癌新辅助化疗中的疗效分析

目的比较紫杉醇脂质体与普通紫杉醇在乳腺癌新辅助化疗中的疗效及毒副反应。方法 68例接受新辅助化疗的乳腺癌患者随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组33例给予紫杉醇脂质体135 mg/m2静滴,第1天;表阿霉素60 mg/m2静滴,第2天。对照组35例给予紫杉醇135 mg/m2,其余药物用法相同。每21 d为1个周期,共2个周期。观察2组的疗效及毒副反应情况。结果 2组在疗效及血液学毒性、消化道反应的差异无统计学意义,但因溶媒产生的变态反应方面试验组明显低于对照组。结论紫杉醇脂质体在乳腺癌新辅助化疗中效果良好,2种紫杉醇疗效相当,但紫杉醇脂质体的变态反应明显低于紫杉醇。

Clinical analysis of paclitaxel liposome and paclitaxel in the neoadjuvant chemotherapy of patients with breast cancer

Objective It is to compare the effects and adverse reactions of paclitaxel liposome and paclitaxel in the neoadjuvant chemotherapy of patients with breast cancer.Methods 68 patients were randomly divided into two groups: the test group was given paclitaxel liposome at 135 mg/m2 combined with EADM at 60 mg/m2 each session,and the control group was given paclitaxel at 135 mg/m2 combined with EADM at 60 mg/m2 each session,3 weeks per cycle.The effects and adverse reactions of the two groups was evaluated after 2 cycles.Results There was no significant difference between two groups in curative effects and hematological toxicity(P>0.05).The test group was better than the control group in preventing hypersensitive reactions and the significant differences were found between them(P<0.05).Conclusion Paclitaxel liposome in the neoadjuvant chemotherapy of patients with breast cancer has good effect,it being similarly as paclitaxel,but the incidence of serious hypersensitive reactions is significantly lower than paclitaxel.
