2型糖尿病的治疗策略

目的:分析单纯中医与中西医联合治疗2型糖尿病的效果差异。方法:选取246例2型糖尿病患者,随机分两组,对照组120例,给予糖尿病饮食;观察组126例,在上述基础上加益气养阴化瘀生津的中药。结果:两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后,FPG和P2hPG与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医联合疗法优于单纯中医疗法。

The treatment of type 2 diabetes strategy

Objective To analyze the pure Western medicine and the treatment of the effect of differences in type 2 diabetes.Methods 246 patients with type 2 diabetic patients were randomly divided into two groups,control group of 120 patients received diabetes diet;observation of the 126 patients,based on the above,plus Huayu Qi Yin-chun of Chinese students.Results The therapeutic effect compared with the control group,the observation group than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;After treatment,FPG and P2hPG before treatment,the differences were significant statistically significant（P〈0.01）;significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion TCM combined therapy of type 2 diabetes clinical efficacy,to better than TCM.
