基底细胞样乳腺癌与三阴性乳腺癌临床病理特征

目的观察基底细胞样乳腺癌（basal—likecarcinomas，BLBC）与三阴性乳腺癌（triplenegativebreastcarcinoma，TNBC）的临床病理特征及免疫组织化学表现，探讨它们之间的关系及诊断标准。方法利用免疫组化方法筛选出TNBC病例，再根据CK5／6、CK14和CK17表达情况从TNBC中筛选出BLBC病例，分析两者临床病理特征及免疫组化表达。结果TNBC占浸润性乳腺癌10．5％，50．7％的TNBC为BLBC。BLBC与TNBC有高度一致的临床病理特征。BLBC高度表达CK5／6、CK14和CK17。结论BLBC与TNBC病例大部分交叉但不完全重叠，CK5／6、CK14和CK17可以作为诊断BLBC病例有效的标记物。

A study on clinicopathologic features of basal-like breast carcinoma and triple-negative breast carcinoma

Objective To investigate the clinicopathologic and immunohistochemical features of basal-like breast carcino- ma（BLBC） and Triple-negative breast cancers（TNBC）, and discuss the relationship between them and the diagnosis standard. Methods The TNBC cases were selected by using immunohistochemical method, and then BLBC cases were i- dentified from TNBC cases according to the expression of CK5/6,CK14 and CK17. Their clinieopathological features and immunohistochemical expression were analyzed. Results TNBC possess the 10. 5% in invasive breast cancer, and 50.7% of TNBC were BLBC. The clinicopathologic features between them were highly consistent. BLBC have the ability of the high expression of CK5/6,CK14 and CK17. Conclusion The cases of BLBC and TNBC mostly cross with each other but not overlap completely,CKS/6,CK14 and CK17 can be used as an effective marker in diagnosing BLBC cases.
