| 摘 要： | 对中药及其制剂逆转动脉粥样硬化(AS)斑块相关研究进行了综述。现代医家普遍认为AS斑块的病机核心为火热毒邪,痰瘀结滞,采用泻火解毒、化痰逐瘀、补益脾肾等方法治疗,疗效肯定;实验研究亦显示中医药可从促进斑块内脂质的逆向转运和消散、抗炎等多方面干预AS斑块发展。AS发展缓慢,病机复杂,斑块为有形实邪,缠绵难消,因此"治未病"需重点关注。

| Abstract: | Study on traditional Chinese medicine and its preparation for the reversal of atherosclerosis plaques was reviewed. As fiery,toxin,phlegm and blood stasis are generally considered as the core of atherosclerosis plaque,purging fire detoxification,phlegm stasis,invigorating spleen and kidney and so on are used to reverse atherosclerosis plaque,which has significant effect. The experimental study also shows that Chinese medicine can promote plaque from lipid reverse transport and dissipation,anti-inflammatory and other aspects of ＇the intervention of atherosclerosis plaque development. Because of the slow development of atherosclerosis,and complex change of pathogenesis,plaque is tangible and lingering. ＂Preventive treatment of disease＂ is the need to focus on. |
