| 摘 要： | 目的:观察左半结肠癌致急性梗阻一期手术的疗效。方法:对25例左半结肠癌致急性梗阻的患者进行术中结肠灌洗后行肿瘤根治并一期吻合。结果:除1例因低蛋白、肠管水肿较明显发生吻合口瘘,术后6周痊愈外,其余病例均恢复良好,无腹腔感染。结论:掌握好适应证,操作得当,对左半结肠癌致急性梗阻的患者施行一期肿瘤切除吻合术是可行的。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effect of one-stage operation on acute obstruction caused by left-sided colonic cancer.Methods: For 25 patients with acute obstruction caused by leftsided colonic cancer,on-table colonic lavage and then one-stage resection and anastomosis were performed.Results:All patients recovered without abdominal infection except of one complicated of anastomotic leakage because of low albumin and edema.Conclusions:It's feasible and worthy of being advocated for the patients with acute obstruction caused by left-sided colonic cancer to perform one-stage resection and anastomosis as long as we master the indications and the operative procedures were mastered. |
