昂丹司琼和氟哌利多预防胃癌根治术中恶心呕吐的比较

目的 :比较昂丹司琼和氟哌利多预防胃癌根治性手术中的恶心呕吐作用。方法 :6 7例男性胃癌根治性手术病人随机分 3组 ,昂丹司琼组 2 2例 ,氟哌利多组 2 2例 ,对照组 2 3例。术前所有病人肌内注射阿托品 0 .5mg、苯巴比妥 0 .1g ,选T 7～ 8椎间隙常规硬膜外穿刺置管 ,待麻醉平面满意后 ,昂丹司琼组静脉缓慢注射昂丹司琼 8mg ;氟哌利多组静脉注射氟哌利多 2 .5mg ;对照组不给药。切皮前病人均抽吸胃管以彻底清除胃液。结果 :昂丹司琼组预防恶心呕吐达 1级疗效病例占 86 % ,氟哌利多组为 5 5 % ,经 χ2 检验差异有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。昂丹司琼组和氟哌利多组发生嗜睡反应病例分别为6例和 11例 ,氟哌利多组发生锥体外系反应 2例。结论 :昂丹司琼预防胃癌根治术中的恶心呕吐的疗效优于氟哌利多

Comparison of ondansetron with droperidol in prophylaxis of nausea or vomiting during curative operation of gastric cancer

AIM: To compare ondansetron with droperidol in prophylaxis of nausea or vomiting during curative operation of gastric cancer. METHODS: Sixty-seven patients with gastric cancer after curative operation were randomly divided into three groups. Ondansetron group had twenty-two patients aged 52.0 a±s 1.6 a, disease course 17.0 d±2.6 d. Droperidol group had twenty-two patients aged 51.0 a±0.9 a, disease course 18.0 d±1.2 d; contrast group had twenty-three patients aged 52.0 a±1.4 a, disease couse 17.0 d±1.4 d. All patients were injected with atropine 0.5 mg, and phenobarbital 0.1 g intramusclar injection. Epidual puncture tube located intervertebrale space between T 7-8. When the anesthesia surface was satisfied, ondansetron group patients were injected with 8 mg of ondansetron slowly in vein. Droperidol group were injected with 2.5 mg of droperidol in vein. Control group had no drug. Before incision of skin, grastric canals were suctioned to clean gastric liguid thoroughly. RESULTS: Ⅰ-grade effect of ondansetron was 86 %; and that of droperidol was 55 %. There were significant differences (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: Ondansetron is more effect than droperidol in prophylaxis of nausea or vomiting, and it has not drowsiness or adverse reaction of extrapyramidal system.
