甲状腺乳头状癌中E2F1和P16蛋白的表达及意义

摘    要:目的探讨E2F1和P16蛋白在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达及二者的关系,为甲状腺乳头状癌的发生发展及预后判断提供一定的依据。方法应用免疫组化EnVision法检测78例甲状腺乳头状癌和51例正常组织中E2F1和P16蛋白的表达情况,分析二者与临床病理因素的关系。结果 E2F1和在P16蛋白甲状腺乳头状癌中的阳性率分别为78.2%和39.7%,正常组织中阳性率分别为5.9%和58.8%,二者在癌组织与正常组织间比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05);E2F1与P16蛋白阳性表达与年龄、性别及肿瘤的发病部位无关(P>0.05),与淋巴结转移及临床病理分期有关(P<0.05);E2F1和P16蛋白在甲状腺乳头状癌中的阳性表达呈显著负相关(r=-0.269,P<0.05)。结论 E2F1、P16蛋白与甲状腺乳头状癌的发生发展有关,E2F1阳性表达和P16表达缺失与患者的预后相关,二者联合检测可能更有利于评价患者的预后。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of E2F1 and P16 protein in papillary thyroid carcinoma,and to provide a theoretical basis for the development and prognosis of papillary thyroid carcinoma. Methods The expression of E2F1 and P16 protein was detected in 78 cases of papillary thyroid cancer and 51 case of normal tissues,and its relationships with clinicopathological features were analyzed. Results The positive rates of E2F1 and P16 protein expression were 78.2% and 39.7% in papillary thyroid cancer,5.9% and 58.8% in the normal tissues,respectively.The expression of E2F1 and P16 protein was significantly different between two groups(P<0.05).The expression of E2F1 and P16 protein was not corre1ated with age,gender and lesion sites of patients(P>0.05),but positively related with lymphatic metastasis and pathological staging(P<0.05).The expression of E2F1 and P16 protein was negatively correlated in papillary thyroid cancer(r=-0.269,P<0.05). Conclusion The expression of E2F1 and P16 is related to the progress of papillary thyroid cancer,and the positive expression of E2F1 and the loss of P16 are correlated with the prognosis of patients.Combined detection of E2F1 and P16 protein may be more helpful to evaluate the prognosis of papillary thyroid carcinoma patients.
