尿毒症患者的心理状况及生存质量的调查分析

目的调查血液透析患者的心理健康状况与生存质量问题,并探讨相应的治疗对策。方法 2009-02～2011-12临床共收治70例尿毒症患者(实验组),选择同期70例非尿毒症患者作为对照。采用焦虑评定量表(SAS)、抑郁评定量表(SDS)和生活满意度量表,根据提示独立完成评定。结果两组患者均存在一定程度的心理障碍,但实验组患者SAS、SDS和生活满意度总分均值分别与对照组相比均有统计学差异(P<0.01),且生活满意度与对照组相比明显减低。结论尿毒症患者存在明显的心理障碍,其生存质量严重受影响。

Investigation and analysis on the psychological state and life quality of hemodialysis patients

Objective To explore the mental health,the quality of life and the corresponding treatment measures of hemodialysis patients.Methods Seventy uremic patients and 70 nonuremic patients were enrolled in this study from February 2009 to December 2011.The anxiety rating scale(SAS),depression rating scale(SDS) and life satisfaction scale were used to accomplish independently the assessment.Results All patients showed psychological disorders to some degree.Both scores of SAS,SDS were statistically higher in uremic patients than that in nonuremic patients(P<0.01).Life satisfaction was significantly lower in uremic patients than that in nonuremic patients(P<0.01).Conclusion Uremic patients have obvious psychological disorder,and their quality of life is severely affected.
