| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨高渗盐敷料结合创面负压治疗技术在肿瘤病人慢性伤口治疗中的效果.[方法]28例肿瘤病人慢性伤口采用高渗盐敷料为伤口填充材料,以一次性胃管为引流管连接病房的负压吸引系统为病人进行创面负压治疗.[结果]病人慢性伤口创面负压治疗1周～3周后愈合.[结论]高渗盐敷料结合创面负压治疗技术能提高肿瘤病人慢性伤口治愈率,降低住院费用及住院时间.
