| 摘 要： | 本文报道细针负压肝穿刺细胞学检查诊断原发性肝细胞癌,其阳性率为98%,明显高手B型超声、核素扫描、甲胎蛋白等项检查的阳性结果,具有安全、损伤少、准确率高,方法简单易行等特点。

| Abstract: | Forty-seven cases of primary heratic carcinoma diagncsed on cytological basis in this series were analysed. A comparison between cytological pattern and the results of various supplementary examinations was made. All the cases that gave positive result in supplementary examinations were also positive cytologically. On the other hand, the great majority of cases which reacted negatively in supplementary examinations also gave positive result cytologically. Thus, the positive rate of cytologic study was 98%, This far exceeded that of other kinds of diagnostic procedures. The appearence of cancerous giant cells as well as the deposit of bile pigment and inclusion bodies within the cytoplasma of cancer cells provided some valuable leads for diagncsis of primary heratic carcinoma. The well diffentiated tumor cells as a rule arranged in patches while the undifferentiated ones in compact lumps. |
