直丝弓技术结合平面导板矫治前牙深覆(牙合)

摘    要:目的]探讨直丝弓技术结合平面导板矫治前牙深覆(牙合)的临床效果。方法]选择2003年8月-2007年8月在我院就诊的前牙深覆(牙合)患者48例,安氏Ⅱ类错(牙合)1分类错牙合21例,安氏Ⅱ类11分类错(牙合)27例,前牙深覆(牙合)均在Ⅱ度以上。随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组24例。治疗组采用直丝弓技术结合平面导板打开咬合,对照组单纯采用直丝弓固定矫治器打开咬合。结果]应用直丝弓技术结合平面导板打开咬合较单纯采用固定矫治器来打开咬合疗程短见效快,治疗组咬合完全打开时间平均(3.4±1.2)个月,对照组咬合完全打开时间平均(5.64-1.5)个月,两者打开咬合所需时间差异有显著性(P〈0.05)。结论]直丝弓技术结合平面导板矫治前牙深覆(牙合)是一种快速有效的打开咬合的方法,在临床中值得推广应用。

Abstract: Objective] To evaluate the clinical effect of treating deep overbite with straight-wire appliance combined with an anterior bite plate Methods] A total of 48 cases were treated. Among them class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion 21 cases and class Ⅱ division 2 malocclusion 27 cases. They were randomly divided into treatment and control group ( n = 24 for each) . The treatment group wrer treated with straight-wire apphance combined with an anterior bit eplate and the control group were treated with only straight-wire appliance. Results] The opening bite period of employing straight wire appliance combined with an anterior bite plate obviously shorter than that of employing only straight wire appliance, with the average time of the former (3.4 ± 1.2 ) months and the latter (5.6 ± 1.5) months respectively ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusions] This method is effective and rapid and is worth to recommend for clinical application.
