个性化心理干预对剖宫产术前孕妇恐惧状况的影响研究

目的 探讨个性化心理行为干预对降低孕妇剖宫产焦虑,恐惧的效果.方法 以120例在腰硬联合麻醉下行子宫下段剖宫产的孕妇为研究对象,随机分为干预组与对照组,各60例,对照组接受常规模式护理;干预组采用"一对一"个性化心理行为综合干预.结果 干预组术中恐惧值下降明显,对照组术中恐惧值顺序波动,但变化不大,两组差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)即干预组焦虑、恐惧,计分明显减少.干预组术中血压,心率值有所下降,对照组术中血压,心率值明显上升(P＜0.01).结论 个性化心理、行为干预应用手术前护理能降低孕妇手术中焦虑、恐惧,具有一定的临床应用价值,值得推广.

Effect of individuation mental intervention on the fear of the pregnant woman before caesarean operation

Objective To discuss the effect of individuation mental intervention on reducing worriment and fear of the pregnant woman before caesarean operation. Methods 120 pregnant women under caesarean operation using CSEA were randomly divided into intervention group (n = 60) and comparison group (n = 60) . Comparison group was adopted routine nurse. Intervention group was adopted one to one incividuation mental intervention. Results The fear indication was declined obviously in intervention group. It showed little change in comparison group. The difference between two groups had statistical significance (P＜0.01 ) . In intervention group, the blood pressure and cardiotach during operation were declined, and they were increased obviously in comparison group (P＜0.01) . Conclusions Individuation mental intervention can reduce worriment and fear of the pregnant women, and worth being popularized with some clinical value.
