不同断脐时间对脐部并发症及脐带脱落时间的影响

摘    要:目的观察不同时间断脐的新生儿,脐部愈合时的并发症及脐带脱落时间上是否不同。方法以2003年2月26日~3月26日在北京妇产医院足月自然分娩的初产妇,其新生儿95例为实验组,生后不断脐直接与母亲进行皮肤接触,30分钟后按医院处理脐带常规断脐结扎脐带。101例新生儿为对照组,生后按医院处理脐带常规结扎脐带,然后新生儿与母亲进行皮肤接触。结果实验组与对照组新生儿脐带脱落时间,经统计学检验(P<0.01),有显著差异。结论依据北京妇产医院新生儿脐带处理常规对新生儿脐带进行断脐、结扎,实验组新生儿先与母亲皮肤接触后断脐,脐带脱落所需时间比对照组新生儿的时间短,脱落快。

Abstract:Objective To observe neonates with different time o f cutting umbilical cord, and observe umbilical complications and exfoliation ti me. Methods Selecting the spontaneous delivery primipara from Februar y 26 to March 26 in 2003 in Beijing obstetrics and gynecology hospital, their 95 neonates were as the experimental group (group 1), after birth, they had direct skin touch with their mothers, 30 minutes later, umbilical cords were cut and c lamped. Another 101 neonates were as the control group (group 2), after birth, u mbilical cords were cut and clamped according to the routine treatment procedure s, then the neonates had skin touch with their mothers. Results The times of umbilical cord dropping of group 1 and group 2, through statistic treatment t test, the deference was significant P<0.01. Conclusions Cutting umbilical cord 30 minutes after birth, the ex foliation time of umbilical cord dropping is shorter and the exfoliation is quic ker.
