宁夏枸杞中总酚酸的含量测定

摘    要:目的:建立宁夏枸杞中总酚酸的含量测定方法。方法:以绿原酸为对照品,采用分光光度法。结果:绿原酸在1.28~20.5μg·mL-1范围内浓度与吸光度呈现良好的线性关系(R=0.9997),平均回收率为99.6%,RSD=1.1%(n=6)。结论:该方法操作简便、结果准确。

Abstract:Objective:A method was established for determination of total phenolic acid in Lycii Fruatns.Methods:The total phenolic acid was determined with the chlorogenic acid as the standard reference by spectrophotometry.Results:The results show that chlorogenic acid presents a good linear relation at the range of 1.28~20.5ug·mL-1(R=0.9997),and the average recovery is 99.6% with RSD=1.1%(n=6).Conclusion:The quantitative method is simple and reliable.
