西洋参水溶性蛋白的提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的:优化西洋参水溶性蛋白的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用单因素考察和L9(34)正交试验,以西洋参水溶性蛋白的提取率为考察指标,优化最优的提取工艺。结果:采用pH值为7的缓冲溶液,料液比(w/v)1∶15,浸提两次,每次12h为西洋参水溶性蛋白的最佳提取工艺。结论:优化得到的提取工艺合理,重复性良好,可为西洋参水溶性蛋白提取工艺的确定提供实验依据。

Abstract:Objective:To study the extraction process of water-solubility protein from American ginseng.Methods:The orthogonal design L9(34)was used and the water-solubility protein extraction rate was as the index,optimizing the best extraction process.Results:The best process condition was that pH was 7,15 times amount of samples,the extraction time was 12 hours,extracting twice.Conclusion:This process is the best and it can be used for extraction of water-solubility protein from American ginseng.
