摘    要:利用C18柱对乙醇提取的芦荟浸膏进行分离纯化,得到蒽醌单体,核兹共振分析确证单体的化学结构,高压液相色谱分析单体的纯度;结果表明从芦荟的乙醇提取物中分离得到5个单体,分别为芦荟大黄素、羟基芦荟大黄素、原儿茶酸、芦荟色苷G、8-C-glu-7-O-methyl-(S)-Aloesol,其纯度分别为98.55%、99.22%、98.51%、98.76%、98.12%。另外,采用DPPH方法对5个成分进行抗氧化测试,同时与TBHQ、维生素C和维生素E进行了对比实验。结果表明其中大黄素、原儿茶酸和芦荟色苷G等3个化合物具有抗氧化性,而芦荟大黄素和8-C-glu-7-O-methyl-(S)-Aloesol没显示抗氧化性,该实验结果为芦荟的进一步开发利用提供佐证。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate antioxidant activity of compenents from Aloe.Methods:Five compenents were separated and purified by silica and C18 column chromatoghy,which were identified by MS,NMR,IR,and UV spectra.Their antioxidant activity was tested by DPPH assay,and the antioxidant activity of TBHQ,Vc and Ve was compared.Results:6-hydroxyl-aloe-emodin,protocatechuric acid and aloeresin G have antioxidant activity.Conclusion:The antioxidant DPPH assay is reliable and stable,and provides the foundation for the screening radical group of the natural antioxidants.
